Alert. Ribbon Out and I cannot seem to recalibrate. I also need to check our license and see if its not the problem

  A ribbon out error sounds like an issue with the printer itself. I would suggest checking that the ribbon is loaded correctly and not under rather than over the ribbon sensor for example.
