Hi Team, need assistance on deactivating Bartender 2019 license from one PC having windows 10 and use same on another PC having windows 11 PC. 

At the time of deactivating Bartender license from Win 10 PC, I got SSL/TLS Secure Channel Error. Si I did deactivation through Browser but when I am trying to use same product key in another device that has Win 11, it first says same SSL/TLS popup. So I tried same method of activating it through browser based but it says License is in use in another system but I have already deactivate it in old PC. Can you please confirm if it takes 24 hours before I use it in another device as maintenance support already expired?
