Bartender License 2019 Deactivate

Dear Sir/Mam,

             The customer’s PC has a motherboard issue, so the motherboard needs to be replaced. However, the Bartender license has not been deactivated. How can I deactivate the license and add a new PC? The license details are mentioned below.

  Thanks for reaching out.

  Unfortunately, for this you will need to contact out Technical Support directly, as there is no other way to deactivate the license at this point.
