Activating Starter Edition on Multiple Machines?

I purchased 2 Bartender 11.5.0 Starter Edition licenses recently so that I could have access to a label printer in my office, and a colleague could also have the same in another area of our state at their office.
My license is activated fine and I've been using the software with no issue. When my colleague attempted to activate his license, he received an error stating the following:
“The license cannot be added to the server. A license of unlimited printer count cannot be hosted on a server that contains other licenses. Please deactivate or move the other licenses and try again.”
Is anyone able to break down what needs to happen in order to have him up and running as well?

The Starter version in 11.5 is the Starter Workstation edition that may only installed on a single PC, but the licence cannot be installed/run on a computer that already has a full (X printers type) licence on it.
My guess is your colleague either has a version of the BarTender licence already installed on his PC. If this is for another full version used elsewhere then you will need to “move” that to another computer or if he has previously had the Trial version installed, even if it has new expired, then you will need to open Licencing in Administration Console and click on the Trial licence and manually deactivate it. After that you should be able to activate the Workstation licence
