Which user is used for accessing database files in printstation webservice
Hello,
We just updated to Bartender version 11.5 and we have set-up the web printstation. I'm testing with a label, which has a .csv as database, stored on a different server in our network.
The label is showing in the webinterface, but when clicked, it takes ~30/60 seconds to load, after a time-out with status 502 is popping up.
I'm assuming this has something to do with NTFS rights or access to the file.
Does anyone know what we need to have in place, to have the web printstation using data from a .csv file on a networkshare?

If you haven't configured the database to use a specific login then it will be the user account that runs the BarTender Print Scheduler service. By default this will be the Local System Account on the machine that BarTender is running on and in a lot of instances that will not have access/rights to connect to network devices and files. If you change the “user” account that runs this service in Windows Services to one that has full admin rights then that should hopefully get you up and running
