I Cant get a hold of sales or anyone for that matter
For some reason both licenses I purchased claimed to not be active, so I deactivated and tried to reactivate. I receive a message saying they are already active on the machines I just deactivated… No problem so I went to support to get the problem fixed. Im out of support but have zero problem buying support (WE NEED THIS TO WORK) 5 or 6 separate requests via the contact sales form and messages left on the contact number. NO ONE IS REPLYING I WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY AND NO ONE IS EVEN TRYING TO HELP!!!!

It shouldnt take 6 entries to your contact sales form and 3 or 4 phone calls to get a quote… When Bartender does respond the support is great. One time I called at 9:15 EST and your phone service went straight to voicemail…
Its just poor service when I needed to purchase something from you.
