Zebra ZT411 changing from Direct to Thermal Transfer after printing from Bartender
We have a Zebra ZT411 300dpi printer (with LCD display) that is set to Direct Thermal when printing. We print all sorts of labels outside of Bartender, and those labels never have any issues.
As soon as we try and use Bartender, Bartender says the job was sent successfully with no errors, but our printer will switch to Thermal Transfer and pause the job. We can get around this by switching the printer back to Thermal Direct and unpausing the job, and it prints like normal. It will happen at every print job so we have to do this before every print. This happened rather suddenly one day and we have been unable to find the cause.
What I have tried: I have gone through all printer properties and made sure that they are set to "Direct Thermal" or "use printer settings." I have changed the driver to a known good driver from another printer and it stills happens. I have ran test prints everywhere else outside of Bartender and I do not get an error. When I go into Bartender, I do not get the error if I print a sample label. It is ONLY when I go into the "Integration Builder" tool and test a "Print Document" action that it gives this error.
Any help on this is GREATLY appreciated!!

Integration Builder will run using the credentials on the "user" account that runs the Integration and I am guessing that the driver settings in that user account (by default the Local System Service account) will be set to Thermal Transfer and so will be forcing the switch.
You could try to change the account that is running this to one where the driver is set to Direct thermal and see what happens. I think it is the BarTender Print Scheduler service user account you will need to adjust.
