Multipage Labels
I often need to have multi-page labels - usually called Booklet labels - manufactured.
I'd like to create each of these pages as BarTender templates with the ability to print individual ones myself or to place them on a specific 'keylines' document which would be print ready at our vendors.
Is there a way to automate this placement? Since the keyline is print ready, the labels are not placed in page order and some need to be flipped vertically.
Thanks

Where is the data coming from?
Is the setup fixed, such as, for example, pages 2 and 4 are always printed upside down?

Hi
I'm not sure what you mean by, "where's the data coming from?" Each "page" would be a single template.
I'd need to check with the manufacturer how the product is manufactured - it's a process of folding and cutting (that's why the print is upside down for some pages and is printed on both sides of a sheet of paper)
Unfortunately, our business segment can't standardise on the number of pages or the size of each page. Perhaps I need to find a way to export a template and use InDesign or Illustrator to assemble the final keyline.

"where's the data coming from?" Is it fixed data or variable data say coming from a database. Is there anyway to tell from this which way round the label will print?

The labels will be fixed text.
I would be able to define the position and orientation for where the individual pages would need to be placed.

If you are setting these manually I dont think you will be able to automate the design process
