GS1 Data Matrix cannot accept custom date/time template v11.2

Hello, I'm trying to set a Lot number in a GS1 Data Matrix which uses the PC clock to adjust automatically. Bartender 2021 R7 version 11.2 
This was something I used to do in a previous version of (BarTender 10.1 SR2) with a custom time format ddMMyyHHmmss (day day month month year year hour hour minute minute second second)
However in the new version I'm not seeing an option for custom date format, just a small number of presets such as yyMMdd. There is also no option to change the Locale. Whereas before it was set to UK, instead it is now locked to 'GS1 Standard'

Any help would be appreciated.

  Date formats are now restricted to the GS1 standard ddmmyy setting no matter what the AI. 

  To get round this, add a text field on to the label (or off the edge of the label if you don't need to show the text field) and set that up as your required custom date value. Then make the data string in the code an Object Value type string and link that to the text field
