Template can't find relevant product

Hi,

I copy and paste an existing template to create a new doc. I've rename the file and put it into the right location, also updated the doc name on Access database. The database connection is fine, but the template still can't find the relevant products, showing no record found.

Can someone help me please?

  I take it you have connected the database to the new label and setup the filter/query on the new label? 

  If you remove the query and change the Database selection to Selected at Print Time, when you Print/Print Preview if you type in the parameter you are looking for in the search bar, does it find the record?
