Hello, we need specialist support , our terminal is glitching, it does not see the paper, the roll is inserted as it should be, but the indicator is blinking red-green. it responds to calibration, releases part of the tape, but does not print. we think that the frimware or brain insıde is knocked down, we need help and advice.

  If the printers power is cycled and BEFORE sending a print job from the printer, does the label feed correctly? If so then it is something in the label/driver config that will need adjusting to match the labels that you are using. These settings will normally be found on the Stock tab in the Printer Properties if you are using the Seagull driver.
