redemption code
We need to activate Bartender but we cannot retrieve the license code because there is no possibility to insert the redemption code. This option is missing.
In the text following is also mentionned: "Are you a Seagull Scientific Partner? This Portal is now for customers only. We have a new and improved Partner Portal, with amazing new features. Contact your Seagull Representative to find out more."
Do we have to enter another portal?

You need to log onto the Customer Portal from https://www.bartendersoftware.com/ and login and Customer Portal option. In there is an option to apply a redemption code that will allow you to access and download your Product Keycode as that is what you need to activate the software
