Unable to open btw files
Hi Support Team,
I am unable to open any btw file in BarTender server. Please refer the error screenshots attached.

You are trying to open a .TMP file and the BarTender format .BTW

I am also seeing this, and I am in fact attempting to open a .btw file. Whether I double-click a btw file on the desktop or I open the software first and then any btw file from there - getting the same message. It's like it's deciding to open some cached version of the file that isn't there instead.
Nothing has changed regarding our BarTender installation on this machine. Anybody have any insight beyond what the error literally says? How to resolve?

I remembered that there was a problem I was experiencing 2 years ago that had this symptom.
