Impossible to activate licence

My server licence is down and I can't print anymore. There is a message :

Failed to refresh licence. Details: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. I didn't do anything on the server. The internet connection is working wall.

Can you help me it is very urgente.
