How to print in table form

I don't just want to print out the values one by one in a text format, but I want to put all the viewed content on one page in a table format.

For example, if the value below is viewed,
Pencil case, red, 2
Pencil, yellow, 4

It's not like this
Pencil case, red, 2 - page 1
Pencil, yellow, 4 - page 2

I would like to combine the above two contents and print them out in page 1.
Pencil case, red, 2
Pencil, yellow, 4

I'm using the BarTender Designer 2016 R9 program, is there a setting that can be printed in the same format as above?

  I cant remember when this feature was added, but it looks like you need to look at the Records per item setting

   

  

  With this enabled you will then see multiple instances of each field in the Data Sources toolbox at the side of your label and can add on the appropriate fields as you wish, eg for 2 records per item you would see something like this
