Update to Database after print

Hello , I want to update the database after printing is completed for specific row . I tried in the Actions but in  update query not able to provide dynamic value based on input data .

can you help me to fetch value from data entry form in where condition

  Make your WorksOrderNumber field on the label a Named Data Source (via the Change Data Source Name button in the Properties of the text object) and then you can reference it in the Condition.

  In the image below, the "serial" field is used as the lookup/filter and on the label and I have given the text field that displays it a name of SerialNo. As you can see in the condition I am referencing it by adding the percentage symbols around it so %SerialNo%

   

  

  At print time this then just updates that record :
