Hi there

We're experiencing a problem on the majority of the PCs we have in delivering Bartender 2016 R3 3094 via GPO. The event log says

The install of application BarTender 2016 R3 from policy Software Distribution failed.  The error was : %%1603

 and searching through the log files there are a number of instances of 1603, most of them similar to 

CustomAction FORGET_STARTMENU_ORDER returned actual error code 1603 but will be translated to success due to continue marking

but this one isn't "translated to success":

Running the install via the command line with elevated privilages succeeds, as :

msiexec /I "<location>\Bartender.msi" /q TRANSFORMS="<location>\InstallOptions.mst"

I'm deploying it with a transformation (mst) that changes the following properties:

• PKC
• ADDLOCAL=ALL
• REMOVE=IntegrationBuilder,LicenseServer,HistoryExplorer,Librarian,ReprintConsole,AdministrationConsole,SystemDatabase,PrinterMaestro,BatchMaker,HistoryExplorer
• EDITION = EA
• AgreeToLicence=Yes

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what may be going wrong ?
