Printing different data from the same spreadsheet at the same time
Hi, I have a problem, I do hope someone can help. I have a spreadsheet with data on. I have 2 labels going through my Zebra. I need to print 1 - 2000 on one label, while printing 2001 - 4000 on the other, at the same time reading off my Excel sheet. When I set the database up, it only gives me one section to input my data. I need 2 areas for the separate labels to input my values. Hope tis makes sense.

If you mean you are printing 2 across labels and need to print record 1 on the right label and record 2001 on the left label then I am not sure how you can achieve that easily.
If you were to add a column into you spreadsheet and have it starting at 1 and increasing by 2 every line up until record 2000 and then from there starting at 2 and increasing by 2 for the rest, then you could use the Sort option in the Database Connection Setup.
Redesigning the label as one label (ie ignoring the vertical interlabel gap) and setting the Database Connection setup to number of Records per page as two you could then design the left have using the base database field names and the right half with the field names (1) variants.
You would get something like this from the database shown below it
