Error Printing When The Content Contains 2-Bytes Characters

Hello.

 

I got a problem from Bartender, when I tried to print out a QRCode with 2 bytes character.

 

Bartender will ask me to remove the invalid characters, or skip printing the record.

 

e.g.  SR-90-2（M16） ==> （） are two bytes characters. 

 

When I open the preview record, it shows the unreadable characters as attached image. 

[attachment=1799:QRCode.jpg] (Maybe too small)

 

Is it possible to print the QRCode / Barcode with 2 byte character?

  Unfortunately a QR Code only supports latin based alphanumeric ASCII characters, binary, and Japanese Kanji data.  It is not a Unicode supporting code that supports all Chinese characters.  Perhaps you could try DataMatrix, Han Xin Code, or iQR Code that do support Chinese text.
