Skipping Print Dialogue

Hello, I have created a label that uses a data entry form. In order to invoke the data entry, I have to press print first, then complete data entry form then press print again on the data entry form. 

Is there a way I can just open the file, be presented with the data entry form and then press print button from the form - thus skipping the print dialogue??

 

Any help would be appreciated.  I can attach BTW file if requested.

  Tools > General options, Enable [Immediately print from Toolbar].

  That would skip print dialog by clicking print button.

  To access print dialog, File > Print.

   

  Another option is use Print Station - in print station, you can just select list of labels in a folder by simply clicking that and print - no need to open BarTender application, and it has option to skip print dialog too.

  Print Station is coming with BarTender, accessible from start > all programs > BarTender x.x > Print Station.
