Print Each Template To Different Printer

Hi,

 

 We are plan to use BarTender with a print and apply system for food items. Print and apply system gonna have 2 printers, Top for FoP(Front of the pack ) with Title and Bottom for Ingredietns and barcodes from same record. All data will be coming from MS access . Is there a way to select records on Top template and have it copied for 2nd template for bottom printer.

  By default, the same record applies for each template in your primary set.

  Hello,
  I am working with a COTS that will call only a single bartender file during the operation.  I have a need to use two separate templates, connected each to a different printer (Basically, I need two different label sizes and I want to avoid having to use a custom label stock).  I plan to use the "Template Selector" in my primary set to use my data source to choose what template to use within the bartender file.  The problem I am having is that I am unable to have each template point to an independent printer.  What is the best/easiest way to accomplish this?

  sdfourn: There is a limitation with the templates feature.  Each template in a document will have to be of the same size, and per print job request, only one printer can be used.  It sounds like you would need to use two documents as you have two different media sizes to print.
