Dear Experts,

 

In the video 'Selecting records from database at print time' The third option using a query prompt, shows how you enter the data in 'Enter data for query window' and press the 'Print' button.

 

When I try this on my label there is no 'Print' button just an 'Enter Data'' button.

 

I enter the data and and the next window that is displayed is 'Data Entry Form' window that does have a 'Print' button.

 

What have I done wrong to prompt this extra step and how can I correct it?

  When you already have data entry form, enabling record selection shows 2 dialogs - first record selection dialog, then data entry form dialog(s).

  If you don't need to input data manually, remove every controls in Data Entry Form tab.

   

  Alternatively, you can skip data entry form even it has control, by disabling [Enable Data Entry] on print dialog options.
