Opening The Records..

Hi,

 

Im new to bartender,  I have a database with over 3million EAN codes with prices and descriptions within it. I have a prompt setup the user keys in EAN,  But every time they key in EAN code  bartender keeps coming up with opening the records which then takes 3-5 minutes to print label every time.

 

Any suggestions?

  That's a lot of records.. What database (SQL etc) do you use? Does Use client cursor in Database connection setup > Option helps?

  How long would it take if you get the same data by VB Script etc - when you tested like below?
