    Amy,

You launch into the License Server GUI in order to see what printers it is counting. That will give you a better idea of what may be happening (if one printer is counting twice for some reason).

Is one of the printers perhaps installed to a local port on the first PC, then shared and used as a shared printer on the second PC? If yes, then make sure that you reference the printer using the UNC shared name on both the computer where the printer is locally connected to and the second  PC. Otherwise this will count as 2 printers for SLS, one for the local port, the other one for the shared printer name.

If you are running BarTender pre 2019 then the Licence Server application will be accessible on whatever machine you installed it on (usually a central server). If you are not sure where this is, open the BarTender/BarTender Designer application and click on the Licensing option in the Administer menu I think it was (or could have been Tools) and that should tell you either the name or the IP address of the machine where the licence is running.

If you are running BarTender 2019 then Licence Server is no longer used and the Licencing elements can be found in the Administration Console application. There is a link to the app in the Tools menu in BarTender Designer or else you can access it via the BarTender program group. You may need elevated permissions to access this program..

The licencing element can be installed separately to the main BarTender program and so if you cannot make the changes you need to do from the PC you are on, if you click on the Licensing option in the left hand column you will be able to see where the licence is installed and may need to access the program from that machine.

    I hope this helps
