Bartender 10.0 Sr4 Build 2961 Crashes When Opening Multiple Label Templates
BarTender crashes each time I open more than 1 .btw document. However, it seems to only crash when the document contains layers. I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction on this.

That is known issue and fixed in later version - BarTender 2016 R1 and later.
Please avoid opening multiple document, or not show Layer toolbox when you open more document.

Unfortunately, there's no plan to provide another fix for BarTender 10.1.

For others that stumble upon this thread this is a solution that I've found. You can open multiple documents with layers, you just can't close Bartender when viewing the layers tab on the bottom left. If you are having trouble, open a label that doesn't have layers, then choose the Data Sources or Components tab, then close Bartender. Now open your labels with layers and it should prevent crashing.
