Data Entry On Page Template
We are creating a Test Log Form for PCBs. I used the label template to create a list of serial numbers down the side of the 8.5x11 page. Then I used the Page Template to create the text for the rest of the form. Now I am being asked to add a few data entry fields to the Page Template for a few things. How can I link a field in the Data Entry Form to a field in the Page Template (or can I)?

Create a data source that links to the data entry form control. Objects that use that data source can then appear either in the label template or page template as you wish.

Thanks for the help, but as usual, another problem has come up. The list of Serial Numbers down the side of the form are working and displaying. The way I have it set up is that the 1st field is the label and the other 24 just display that filed +1 so that I have 25 sequential numbers. So now when I say that I want 100 Serial Numbers, it gives me 100 pages of Serial Number instead of 1 - 100 (4 pages)???

Sounds like you therefore want only 4 serial numbers as the way you have set it up there is only one serial number in use per page. Perhaps you could use make the quantity of serial numbers a data entry prompt that you then run a VB script on to give the true number of serial numbers to print for BarTender to use.
