Bartender 10.0 Multiple Processes In Task Manager
Hi, first time posting:
Many instances of BarTender open on the task manager (>30). So much so that it consumes the resources of the server and we end up having to restart it.
Also – these commander logged issues appeared
1.
[Warning] Commander encountered an error while trying to launch BarTender.
Operation: CoUnmarshalInterface.
System error code: -2147024360.
Waiting for a process to open the other end of the pipe.
2.
[Error] BarTender process <25048> has terminated unexpectedly. The process will be restarted.
An y idea what is causing it?

It looks like BarTender is getting hung up leaving you with residual processes that eventually cause a problem as resources on the computer run out. You need to address the cause of the hang state in the first place. For this we'd need to see the BarTender documents in use, the trigger files, and the Commander task list file. We'd need to know the version/build of BarTender and the version of Windows in use. If a Seagull driver is being used then send a driver information file via the "About" tab of the driver clicking the "Version" button. if you don't wish to share all of this in public then I suggest you contact technical support in your region: http://www.seagullscientific.com/label-software/contact_us.aspx
