Disable Bartender Error #3702

Hi,

 

I want to be able edit a label from a different computer than the one it will be printed from. The problem is every time I try to open a label error 3702 comes up and changes all my formatting to match the default printer. I have no intention to print from this computer so why does bartender automatically change the format of my label?

  Hi, On Label edit computer, install the same printer driver as the printing environment. by doing this, you can design the label with page setup kept.

  So i was able to make it work but I had to set up a fake printer with the same name and drivers on the edit computer as on the printing computer. Is there no other way to just disable this feature? or at least change it so it doesn't check for that until I go to print the label?

  No, that's an inherent part of BarTender,  When you are designing a label you're actually creating it for the printer that you're using, so there's not a way to separate that from the label design process.
