Bartender 10 Crashes All The Time In Windows 7

I have an MS access application that uses Bartender 10.

The PC where it is installed has multiple label printers (Datamax).

 

All our PCs before uses WIndows XP, and the application just works fine all day.

 

We are slowly upgrading to Windows 7 and when we start running the application, it will be fine for printing few labels and then Bartender will just stop / hang and saying we need to restart it. After restarting bartender, it will be fine again for few labels then it will crash again.

 

I already downlaoded the SR4 from the website and updated Bartender, but it still keep on crashing.

 

Any ideas on why this is happening?

  Don't have a good idea - 

  Uninstall and install the printer driver to the latest seagull driver, using DriverWizard.

  Try Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable package for x86 (32 bit):

  I would try print to other printer / print other formats to narrow down the cause.

  Shotaro,

   

  I tried both of your suggestion and it is still crashing.

  I turned on the Log and if possible if you can analyze the log file from Bartender, maybe it can give me the cause of my problem.

  Please contact to your regional technical support, with the log and environment info (Copy from Help > About).

  Help > Send information to support might help the case (send e-mail to support after sent files.)
