Bartender 10.1 Problems
Hello. Forgive me if this is not the right place for this post. My company recently updated us to BarTender 10.1 SR1 and we started getting some problems. One problem is with exporting images, where some of the text items will be moved to another location while some stay where they're supposed to be in the exported image. Another is with our barcodes: on my co-worker's PC, the label will open with the barcodes at a very long X Dimensions and Density, while on mine it opens correctly. Are there solutions for these? Thank you.

The barcode issue sounds like a print driver confusion. If you don't have the same print drivers installed, sometimes the software gets confused, but should be fine if you select a new printer on the "problem" pc.
As for exporting images, you may want to try the latest service release (SR3)? I remember that image export bug being around in early versions of 10.1

Many thanks. We contacted tech support and got the same answer for the exporting images issue. Our IT's gonna give that a try. Will also follow your advice for the barcodes.
