Is There Different Versions Of Editions?
Hello all:
AFAIK, there are four distinctive Editions of Seagull-Scientific BarTender: Enterprise Automation & Automation - for corporate use; Professional & Basic - for personal use. OK, differences quite explicitly described in corresponding charts, etc. but we encounter with a problem when order Pro Edition for our customer: it reveals that several sub-Editions exist, i.e. BT-PRO with full functionality of Seagull-Scientific BarTender Professional - and we need it! but BTP-PRO exists too, with only printing, not designing of labels, etc. ...
Please explain, because customer is disappointed now...

Hi, GVP:
Professional Edition would allow you to design labels not only printing. I would recommend you contact local regional office for the Edition Choices problems. Please provide your product key code and the message you receive for them to provide you with more personalized assistance.
At the menawhile, you can also check if your customer use some functionalities which does not belong to Professional edition through Help-> Trial features to check if your customer use some functionalities which does not belong to their purchased edition.

OK, thanks, but whether different versions of the same Edition are existed or not? I need to know it!... , i.e. BT-PRO with full functionality of Seagull-Scientific BarTender Professional - and we need it! but BTP-PRO exists too, with only printing, not designing of labels, etc - is it right or not? or local parnter can modify your product by splitting it to sub-versions? 0 -

They, our sellers, provide us with BarTender Professional Print Only Version 10 License (BTP-PRO), but I do not understand why there are only four Editions on site, and so many sub-Editions that are not mentioned there, on official site but at partner ones?0 -
