I have an activation code ....my computer crashed and I lost all of my information ....I cannot find my original disc...how can I use this on my new computer?

  Send an email to the appropriate region technical support explaining the issue and quoting your activation code. We can use this code to decipher the Product Key Code and get you running again if possible.
