Error 1401 - V10

Hello - yesterday we had the error message 1401 come up on out laptop that soley runs V10 or BT. There are no other printers connected to the device. I have been through and used the disk to remove any old print drivers leaving only the label machine we use. Re-started the laptop and still i get the error message saying we haved exceeded the 3 printer user license. No idea where to go from here.

  You'll want to take a look at your License Server to see what printers are shown in there.  From there, you can prioritize the printer that you're trying to use by checking the 'keep' box until the incorrect printers fall off (after 7 days of non-use).
