Tec B-572 Printer With New Label Software
Our TEC B-572 printer uses the TEC TPCL driver version 7.0.2 from Seagull Scientific.
We are switching from our old labelling software (Labelvision 7) to a new system using Wasp Labeler. The old software prints fine, but the new one only activates the red error light on the printer. I can't figure out if the settings or wrong or if I need a new driver. The TEC TPCL driver version 7.3 does not list the B-572 as a supported printer. Please help.

I suggest that you download and install the latest v7.3.1 printer driver. As you can see from the below link the B-572 is support for sure.

Check if your printer support TOPIX, if it´s an old B-572 firmware doesn´t support it and you´ll see a Syntax Error on LCD (something like SG....)
You can use BarTender and its drivers if you use other value in Graphics Options0 -
I think Juanjo is on the right track. Adjust this option via the BarTender "Print" dialog, clicking the "Document Properties" option and then from the dialog that open select the "Options" tab where you will find the graphics encoding option. 0
