Barcode Incomplete When Printing Via Rdp
I am using the Zebra LP2824-Z printer with the Seagull Scientific drivers to print barcodes from a stock system we have. When I print from my PC (which is where the pritner is installed) everything works fine, however if I use Windows Remote Desktop connection to the application server and print barcodes from there they come out incomplete. I am trying to get this to work as I am setting this up for a client of ours and all their connections to the stock system are using Windows Remote Desktop connection as the server is hosted remotely from them.
I have tried this with three different PCs connecting into two different application servers and when printing remotely the printed barcode labels come out different from two of the PCs. When I print the same label to a standard laser printer it prints correctly whether this is locally connected or via RDP. Pictures of output are attached. When printing to the Zebra from different PCs I have ensured all driver settings are the same.

Because everything is okay if I print locally, I believe this to be a problem with printing via RDP rather than anywhere else and am wondering if anyone else has encountered this type of problem and how they might have resolved it.

In your RDP session what printer driver is shown (right-click on the printer and select about)? make sure that it's not using the generic Windows drivers or the RDP quickprint driver. 0 -
I also having same problem on my datamax o'niel Mark 3 eclass. When I print locally and it work perfect and when i try to print from RDP I could not scan at all from my barcode scanner.... please advice

Have you installed the Seagull driver locally on the Terminal Server? At print time, do you directly make use of the Seagull driver, or of the Easyprint printer driver? Would you have the same problem if at print time, via the RDP session, you make sure that the Seagull printer driver is generating the print job?
