Vbscript Date Not Working On First Labels

Heya

 

In Bartender 9.01, we have a field where every time the label is printed, the user inputs a date in an user friendly "dd/mm/yy" format 

 

The data is then grabbed by another field that forms a part of a barcode where, via a vbascript, converts the date to a yymmdd format.

 

Problem I seem to be having, is that every first set of labels that is printed when we open the file at first, is that the barcode keeps spitting out 991230.

 

The Script works on subsequent labels.

 

Wondering if you may have any suggestions in regard to resolving this, (other than changing the user input field to a yymmdd)?

  Try change the data source to VB Script type, then in Event Control script,

  place the same script in OnPostPrompt event.

  Thanks for that, unfortunately didn't resolve this issue.

   

  We currently looking at rolling out to 10.1 anyhow for other reasons, and the problem doesn't seem to occur in the trial of 10.1
