Custom Date Code

I have a customer that wants us to put a custom date code on their labels. The part that I am unsure of is as follows:

 

A= January  B= February  C= March  D= April  E= May......and so on

 

Example: B15 = Ship date of February 2015

 

There is not a preformatted date option that follows this code. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!!
