Missing Barcode Dropdown
A full installation of Bartender Enterprise 10.0 SR4 is working correctly for one user but not for another user. The problem occurs when any label is opened in designer. When user #1 clicks on the insert barcode icon, a dropdown is displayed for selection of the barcode and a barcode can be inserted into the label. When user #2 clicks the barcode icon, the selection window is blank and just hangs. Security is turned off for both users. We have un-installed/re-installed Bartender for user #2 but the same thing happens. By the way, user #2 is able to perform all other tasks in label design.

Does all of BarTender just crash at that point?
If so, I don't have the solution, but I can say I also saw that on some users here for some reason. Certain users simply couldn't access the New Barcode Wizard, and the system would crash if they tried.
