Excel Db - Multiple Records On Single Label
Good Evening,
I am currently working on a template based on a few different sizes of labels. A very simple barcode consisting of Name, Barcode 1, Barcode 2 pulled from the Excel file.
I am currently testing this out on a Zebra printer with media that's 4" x 10". I am wondering if there's a way to DESIGN a label to tell BarTender to pull different records from the file and print on the same label.
I've split this label into 2.5" chunks, as pictured in the attachment. When I print records from 1-4 (to test). It prints 4 different labels, with each label having the same record repeated. Can I tell the printer that I want each individual square to have it's own record?
Or, when I printed this to a normal sheet of paper, it printed however many records I selected on a SINGLE SHEET (was created as a single 2.5" label and filled up an 8x10 of small labels) - can I trick the print options to fill up the Zebra label the same way?
Thank you!

I believe I resolved this on my own. I made the label 2.5" x 4" ...and set paper stock to 10" x 4" and printed with 4 rows, 1 column in page setup.
Thanks for whomever read this....and those interested in a solution - there ya go!

I would like to do something similar, except I need to have a "header" with some other information (Customer name and PO number), then several lines that they have selected from the database (material, weight, lot). How would I set that up?
