Can't Get Rfid Object To Write
Hello
I have created a BTW file with just an RFID object on it. When I print I get a VOID VOID VOID written label like it's a bad tag and then a blank label (the blank label I expect as I have nothing else on the label
Bartender Professional 10
Zebra ZD500R
I'm trying to print a 24 character EPC
I have the settings for Hex, EPC Gen 2 but still it doesn't seem to want to write to the tag.
I have attached screen prints of the settings.
Thanks for any suggestions on what may be wrong.

Hello,
About your issue:
- Can you let me know your Windows version?
- Please, provide us with your build number (you can check it clicking on BarTender "Help" menu > "About" item).
- Are you using Seagull Printer Drivers? If yes, can you let me know which version
Please, let me make sure, Are you saying that even the Barcode and the text box is not being printed?
Thanks.

Try just encoding an RFID tag in your label for testing purposes. Adjust the position of the RFID transponder for the test (this seems to be why your tag isn't being encoded). Do this by opening the RFID object properties in BarTender, select the "RFID" node on the left and now press the "Printer RFID Properties..." button on the right. Select now the "General" tab and Adjust the RFID IC Position (consult the printer's operator manual for this)
