Strange Problem

I would like some help about a customer who has a license of Bartender. Attached you will find the version they have, a label (I changed the extension to txt to be sure it will receive be uploaded) and a print screen of the problem.
Probably you won’t understand the problem just from the print screen…
When they click print a window pops up to insert some fields into the label. Sometimes (not always but very often) the window that pops up has bold characters (this is the attached image). When that happens and they try to print the printer doesn’t respond at all. But not only in that case the printer doesn’t print. From time to time it doesn’t print without any indication.
The other thing the printer do is that almost every time they print the printer prints one label and stop and they must reprint the label to print the quantity they want.
They need quickly technical support because they spent a lot of time to work and delay their production. The customer isn’t near us and I want to be sure before visiting them that is or isn't a bartender problem.

Do you know what version of Windows they are running? BarTender was not Windows 7 compatible back at version 8.0

To start with I advise they update the service release of BarTender to v8.01 build 2179. They can get it at the below link:

In the form, make the input boxes a little taller.
