Margin Issues

Hi, i have an Epson TM-C3400 printer.

When i'm designing the label, it shows a margin that i cant remove.

 

The printed label has 4mm on top margin and 2 mm on left margin.

Label size is properly set on printer properties.

 

How can i remove this margin?

  Can you post a copy of the label format that you're using that exhibits this behavior?

  Try unchecking the 'set manually' button in the layout tab of page setup.  That will stop it from adding those margins.

  Problem solved!

   

  I changed a couple of printer settings and it worked.
