Serial Numbers Incorrect When Printing On Occasion
Every now and again, somewhat randomly, serial numbers will start showing incorrectly. It seems to happen when the number gets to 101 or 1001 and the serial number will print as 01 or 001 respectively. Then it will revert back to normal at 109 or 1091 respectively. Any idea what might be causing this?

It could be caused by a few different reasons, with a dodgy cable or a firmware bug in the printer being a couple of them. If using a Seagull driver I would recommend that you download and install the latest just in case this is a driver bug, or that the installed driver has become corrupted. As a quick and dirty workaround you could disable the serialization optimization feature via the "Print" dialog under the "Performance" tab.

I tried everything you suggested. The firmware on the printers is completely up to date. I upgraded the drivers. And I tried disabling the serialization optimization feature as well. This is happening from multiple workstations to multiple printers.
The problem has not been resolved though. Any other thoughts?
