Only Prompt For Users

Hi

 

i am new with Bartender sorry when i ask some stuppid things

we use Bartender in a small Company and i like to ask its possible that the Users see only the "Prompt (data enty form)" only?

sometimes people making misstakes and edit the Label formats.. so we print not what we want :(

thatswhile i ask that

maybe i can do something for simple users for they can only see the Prompt (just this come up when opened a *.btw format)

  If you are using BarTender 9.2 or later, take a look at the Print Station application.  This provides a simplified printing interface which will let users select the *.btw document from a folder, select a printer and how many copies to print, and then fill in the data entry form.  There's no opportunity to modify the label design from this program, it is designed to be used by "print operators".  This sounds like what you want.
