Pb With Decimal In Ean128 (310) Net Weight
When i create my EAN 128 barcode with net weight (310), i choose « 3 » digit decimals, then i would see :(3103) 002250
(weight = 2.250 kg)
But when i print the barcode, i have this : (3102) 000225
The last "0" is erased
What is the problem ?
regards (sorry for my bad english)

From your information it seems that the barcode is still considering two decimal numbers instead of 3 (note that the application identifier has reverted to 3102 instead of 3103).
1. Are you sure you entered the correct number of decimals using our application identifier wizard? Or are you designing the GS1 standard manually?
2. If you perform a print preview, do you get the same result as when printing? Or do you get the correct data?
3. Could you also let me know what version of BarTender you are working with?
4. To what printer brand and model are you printing your documents?

If you are using the GS1 Application ID Wizard and have left the decimal places as auto then with a number that ends in a 0 then BarTender will ignore this when calculating the number of decimal places. For example (using the figures above)
2.250Kg would become (3102) 000225
whilst
2.251 would be (3103) 002251
Both of these are correct.
However, if you want to force BarTender to make the weight always be set to 3 decimal places, then you need to adjust the Auto value to 3 when you use the Wizard

Hello Pete,
Thank you so much for the information. I am looking for how to get that menú but I don't know where is exactly....
I wonder if you can guide me to arrive there...

If you go into the Properties of your GS1-128 barcode symbol then then wizard you need can be found on on the Symbology and Size tab.

If you follow the prompts it will help you to construct the required barcode symbol including specifying where all the different elements are sourced from (such as for databased linked fields). Just make sure to select the Append option if you need more than one application identifier in your code.

So with a GTIN, best before and weight then you end up like this on the setup screen and the barcode below

Morning!
Thank you so much! I found the menú and I set 3 digit. I'm going to try make a label and see if it works.
