Add A Border To A Text Object

Is it possible to add a border around a text object without drawing a separate box around the text? I'd like to do this because the text length is not static.

  There is no such "built-in" feature for standard text objects in BarTender. However, you can achieve it through the use of a VB script to dynamically change the size of the separate box object on a per label basis. The below white paper could get you started on this:

  If I remember correctly, you will need at least v9.30 and Professional edition or higher.
  
  Alternatively you might consider using the RTF Text object feature in v9.40 as this will have the ability to surround the text by a box.

  Ian,
  Thanks for the reply. I have an Enterprise Automation Trial edition, version 9.4 SR3. I tried using an RTF text object, but don't see any properties or methods in the "Modify Selected Rich Text Object" dialog that will "surround the text by a box". Do I need to use markup?
