100% Utilization Spikes On Sls Server

Our Bartender server is having 100% utilization spikes causing printing to slow down or stop.  We do have Commander and SLS on the same server.  Any ideas on this?

  It's difficult to track down the cause from given information.

   

  Which process takes the most CPU?

  What version and build no. is used on Which OS?

  What printer is used and what version of driver is used?

   

  Actually I recommend to contact to regional technical support, with info above and Serial no / support no. on BarTender Help / About dialog.
