Virtualizing Server - Any Issues With Licensing Server?

We are going to be virtualizing our server on which the Seagull Licensing Server runs. The whole server will be moving "as-is". Is there anything we need to do after the server is restored? Does the licensing server use any machine information to validate the activation key? Everything will be staying the same - same server name, IP address, etc.  Thanks in advance for your help.

  It is recommended that your first deactivate Seagull License Server before the server is being virtualized, and that you activate after the virtualization has finished. You do this via the "Help > Activation Wizard" dialog in Seagull License Server.
