Hello

How to save a data on external file after printing ??

I mean how to save what you print on external file after print it , to make archive and see later what  already printed

  BarTender's External file data source (available from Ver 10.1) is read only, so you cannot write back value to.

  In Automation edition, you can create print job log (Administer > Log Setup > Text file log) which can create CSV file with desired label field and that might be useful.

  Another thought is use VB Script to write to external file at print - see example below.
