Could Not Load File Or Assembly 'interop.bartender, Version=10.0.0.0

When I upgrade from BT9.2 to BT10, and run on Visual Studio 2008, it can run properly.

 

However when I publish it as an exe and run it as exe (with BT installed on the same PC of course!), I had this error
below. Do you have any idea?

  Please check the version of the Interop.BarTender.dll in the Windows GAC (C:\Windows\assembly). If the version is different, use the correct version of the assembly in your project when referencing it.
